"delivery was kind of a letdown"
i ordered takeout from big cheese miami it was disappointing. the food got here late, and the pizza was barely warm by the time it arrived. at least they got the order right, which i appreciated, but the crust was soggy and the garlic rolls tasted kind of old. maybe it’s better if you eat there in person, but i probably wouldn’t rush to get delivery again.

"Felt like I paid too much"
I was feel like I spent way more than I should have for food that was just average.
The portions wasn’t very big, and nothing really stand out to me. I know everything got expensive lately, but this place just didn’t feel like it was worth the price.
Maybe other people are liking it more, but for me the value was not good. I left kind of annoyed because I could’ve gone somewhere cheaper and probably been happier.

"Honestly, disappointing"
I wasn’t expecting ordering pizza to turn into a stressful little disappointment, but here we are. The pizza tasted really bland, and the crust had that kind of stale feel like it had been sitting around too long. I just wanted an easy meal, not something that left me annoyed.

"Too Loud and Packed for Me"
The whole place just felt way too loud and cramped. It seemed like every table in the restaurant was shoved right up against the next one, and everyone was talking over each other the entire time. I couldn’t really relax or enjoy being there. The food might be okay, but places like this always make me want to eat fast and get out.

"Really great portions for the price"
Ordered from Big Cheese Miami the portions were seriously huge. I got the pasta and could barely even finish half of it, plus I had enough left over for the next day. My friend got a sandwich and it was the same deal, really filling. It actually felt like we got our money’s worth, which is always nice. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. They weren’t very helpful, and I had to keep following up just to get answers. I’m sure other customers would appreciate quicker responses and a bit more support when they reach out
